A New Year, A New Beginning!

2024 was a year, a year with a lot of changes and challenges.  Most who know me know that I have been heavily involved in motorsports merchandise for a VERY LONG TIME!!! When that came to an end at the beginning of 2024, I officially became a full on “Stay at home mom” although I have always been a “stay at home mom” since having Elliot in 2019, I was officially ONLY a mom.  The change was hard, then throw in postpartum and I was a DISASTER!

I felt my life only revolved around my girls, laundry, cleaning and cooking, etc.  It was like a didn’t have a passion anymore.  I was completely lost, after months of me just “talking” about starting my own business, my own brand all for myself, Sean finally told me “Quit talking and DO IT”!

So here we are, The Grace & Grit Boutique is something for me, something I can grow and put everything into like every other project I have done but this one is ALL MINE!  Something I can grow with my girls, and we can make ours, something that will be theirs in the future.

I have big plans for The Grace & Grit, obviously all those plans have a cost, and I plan on slowly and organically growing this business.  Being very transparent inventory costs a lot of money, and I will slowly be bringing inventory in. 

I plan on having lots of racing pieces, children’s pieces, regular every day clothing items, novelties, accessories, etc.

I have been asked how I came up with our name, The Grace & Grit Boutique, I thought about our lifestyle and everything that comes with it and the challenges we have faced. In our world of racing, you must have grace=to have courage, being polite – ya never know who you might meet! Grit=to have strength, passion and to let nothing stop you! That is what I plan to do with this boutique, to bring great customer service, and to have the strength to not let anything stop me!
